![]() The critics will slate this movie, but this is the best MCU movie since Endgame and the perfect way to end this saga. Give me some Van Halen or Motorhead vibes. No sleep til Brooklyn is a great track, but the fight scenes just needed that bit more.umph. It just didn't quite fit what I thought the tone of the other films had set. I'm a bit of a music snob anyway, and the soundtrack is great, but it didn't strike me as the epic send off I felt it could've been. ![]() From start to finish, the pacing of the movie is spot on. With trailers, we were in the theatre for just over 3 hours, and it flew by. Every joke, every emotion, everything in the right place. It's funny really, I've loved GOTG since the first movie and I didn't want it to end so I set myself up in a kinda disappointed mood to start with, but this was the perfect send off for the group.Īfter this James Gunn is up there with the greats for me in the directing world. Me and my partner went to the first showing in our town last night, and man, what a wild ride.
